1. Use of the App

Still is a prayer app that uses AI to generate personalized prayers based on your mood and personal input. You may use Still for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, use it to generate harmful or illegal content, or interfere with its operation in any way.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Still. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Still offers a 3-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. Subscription options are $6.99 per month or $39.99 per year.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Trendsy LLC does not process payments directly. All billing is handled by Apple. For billing disputes, contact Apple Support.

3. Free Trial

New users may access Still free for 3 days. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins automatically unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Cancellation during the trial will not result in a charge.

4. AI-Generated Content

The prayers generated by Still are created by an AI system (Anthropic's Claude) based on what you share. They are meant to support your personal prayer life, not to replace pastoral care, professional counseling, or medical advice.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated prayers will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. Use your own judgment and seek appropriate support when needed.

Trendsy LLC is not responsible for how you use or interpret prayer content generated by the app.

5. User Content

When you write your own prayers or notes in the app, that content belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of anything you write.

By entering a personal note during check-in, you understand that text is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your prayer. See our Privacy Policy for details on how that data is handled.

6. Intellectual Property

The Still app, including its design, branding, pre-written prayer library, and all original content, is owned by Trendsy LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Still is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that the content will meet your specific needs.

We are not a religious organization, and nothing in Still constitutes spiritual direction, theological advice, or professional counseling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendsy LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Still. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may also update, modify, or discontinue features of the app at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Trendsy LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
